Make sure that your power supply matches the voltage of your chosen strip and that any wiring passes neatly through the channel end caps.

Installing the KSDLMPA aluminum channels requires precision woodworking or custom cabinetry cuts. The YW-shaped recessed profile is designed to sit inside a pre-routed groove measuring approximately 0.4 inches wide and 0.79 inches deep along the underside of shelves, counters, or cabinet frames.

The package contains ten individual 3.3-foot (1-meter) segments, totaling roughly 33 feet of linear track. For shorter runs, aluminum channels can typically be cut down to custom lengths using a standard miter saw equipped with a non-ferrous metal blade or a fine-toothed hand hacksaw.

Once the track is fitted into the groove, clean the inner surface thoroughly before sticking down your light strip. Snap the frosted diffuser cover directly into the channel lips, and place the end caps on the ends to prevent light leakage and protect the internal tape from kitchen grease and airborne dust.
